Kappa bashi

If you like cooking and visiting Tokyo, you wouldn't miss a shopping opportunity around Kappa bashi area.

You'll see many kitchen tools including Kaijirushi. Among Kaijirushi tools, what I like the most is their slicer. Really compact and easy to use. I find many good US kitchen products (like OXO) as well, but considering kitchen space US vs. JP, we need to find a way to store them compactly.

For instance, making　Cucumber pickle is no pain at all!

いろいろな道具が売っていますが、貝印の商品を多く見かける気がします。中でも貝印のスライサーは優れもの。使い勝手がよいし、コンパクトにまとまるところが秀逸です。アメリカのキッチン道具も良いものがたくさんあると思いますが（例えばOXOとか）、キッチンの広さを考えると、どうしても日本のキッチンではコンパクトに収納できることが大事。。
